Caliber Collision Summary of Customer Feedback Got my side mirror assembly fixed and it went super smooth. Managed to get it done in two days and Nathan was extremely helpful. Highly recommend. ABSOLUTE BEST experience of my entire life. They are professional, punctual, detail-oriented, supportive, and everything! Every single person there greeted me and they took my car even when I walked in off the streets. Had a short timeline and they exceeded every expectation. Thank you all! Terrible service. Should be an option for negative stats for this place, so I would strongly recommend that you avoid Caliber Collision. I took my truck here for body repairs. When I got it back, I noticed immediately two problems that did not exist before they worked on it: * My antenna had been broken. * My AMP Research power running boards no longer worked. When I brought the truck back, Caliber admitted they had disconnected the battery during the repair. Despite having another opportunity to make things right, they could not diagnose or fix the running boards. I eventually had to take my truck to the GMC dealership at my own expense. The technician quickly found the problem: the power dongle/module for the AMP Research running boards had been left unplugged. Once it was plugged back in and the system was reset, the running boards worked normally again. The repair order from GMC clearly states: “Found that the power dongle for the running board module was unhooked. Connected power dongle… confirmed the running boards now operate correctly.” So the issue wasn’t a complicated electrical failure—it was simply something left disconnected during the repair process.
