The doctor was straightforward about my tooth infection, and I finally understood what I had. He offered several ways to deal with the root cause. 4. My husband visited on a Sunday with severe toothache. After a 3-hour wait, he was told to get treatment elsewhere and was charged $195. He was misinformed about the insurance. Emergency Dental Of Nashville should have at least provided antibiotics to manage the pain. 5. The phone appointment was not reflected on the system. When my husband arrived, they did not have any appointment. They should improve their communication from the phone end to reception. 6. Excellent service, from the receptionist to the treatment, I was warmly received, and my tooth problem was handled competently. 7. Very empathetic. Personality wise that I felt as a patient.
