Customer testimonials: 1. I have been scared of the Dentist for years and have severe anxiety. As soon as I walked in I knew I found the right place. The team here is patient, accommodating, and kind. I had no reason to be terrified, by the end of my appointment I knew I found a dentist I can trust in. 2. Found out my front teeth repositioned when I face planted the floor at 3AM. I couldn't close my mouth as two of my front teeth were all the way in the back of my mouth. I was beyond devastated. Dr Drake at this office helped me & fixed this matter instantly. He was very informative & reassuring handling this matter. I felt more confident instantly.3. Staff and Dr. Simmons were great4. Not a very good place they don’t know how to speak and talk to anyone5. Excellent service! The staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful. I would recommend everyone to come here! Just save me a seat!!6. Dr. Dudley is an amazing dentist. He has done three of my fillings and 2 extractions. He and the dental hygienists on staff are all caring, professional and even transparent. They create a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. They make sure you’re fully aware and understanding of your dental plan. They were more than patient with me as I was very very nervous.7. Please excuse the picture I'm in pain and no sleep but Miss Lauren is the Sugar,Honey,Ice,Tea she the first letter of those 4 words she got me in and hooked up quick and got the other info I didn't have for me saved some coins but hey I wouldn't care at this point I would have paid whatever to get this nasty thing out my mouth thank the Lord for miss Lauren she is the best and she needs a hella raise8. Very helpful thy really care and figure it out for u very satisfied with my visit looking forward to my next visit9. This group is amazing. I’ve dreaded going to the dentist for years, but since I moved to the area and started coming here, I’ve felt like I’m in great hands. Everyone is really friendly too. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist10. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came here last January and was too afraid to say anything until I went to another dentist to compare experiences. And let’s just say a world difference. The staff that took care of me here were very aggressive while cleaning my teeth, didn’t listen when I would say something, and told me I had 7 cavities that would cost over $700 to fill that same day. Needless to say I left, and that experience made me afraid to go back to the dentist. I went to a different dentist office today and the “cavities” I was told I had, were just baby cavities that could be held at bay/reversed by a certain toothpaste and flossing daily. No fillings (extra money) required. Truly disappointed in smiles up dentistry. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had.11. My hygienist was awesome. Best pain free cleaning I ever had. Thank you!!!12. Entire staff was very friendly, polite, and nice. I didn't have a long wait and the service was EXCELLENT!!!!!!! I would recommend friends and family members to Smiles Ups Dentistry..13. Amazing every time I go, my favorite dentist I’ve ever been to.14. Top notch care and very friendly team.15. For my first visitation at this dentist they did a good job with the extractions. You know, they say the first impression is the best. And it was just that.
