Customer Feedback: 1. UPDATE ‼‼ I had my gutters replaced by this company, and while the installation was possibly completed, the overall experience was disappointing. After the work was done, I noticed significant erosion where the downspouts discharge water. When I called attention to the issue, they said it wasn’t caused by their work but rather said they replaced the gutters as they were. However, a professional installation would entail recognizing and addressing drainage issues, particularly when it results in immediate property destruction. I was not offered any resolution for the damage by this business; instead, they quoted me $750 to solve the problem. This seemed extreme for what appeared to be a basic drainage correction. Please beware because if they make an error, they may not accept responsibility or overcharge you to fix the problem they caused. 2. Great job, easy to work with, and fair price. Fast team stripped old roof off and installed new roof in one day, and after that they did a great clean job. 3. Blue Angel Chase is a hands on type of guy. He focuses on all the details. He checks and double checks every step. He goes out of the way to make sure the installation goes well. I recommend Blue Angle Roofing. 4. We interviewed many roofers and decided to go with Blue Angel, and we are so happy they are professional kind courteous they do great work and if you need your roof done, you should call them and talk to them. They work with you. They’re very clean they clean up their mess once they are finished and they come back and check on you and on the work again you need your roof done. Try them. He won’t be sorry. 9. TLDR: maybe this company is for you, probably not. They are most likely good with insurance claims and basic roof repairs/installs but in my situation they were dishonest, lied in documentation, misleading and deceptive. I would like to preface this by saying I don’t believe my experience is an accurate representation of this company but maybe this can help someone make a decision. I hired Blue Angel to fix a small roof leak, and it turned into months issues from May-November. After their first repair, we developed major leaks that had never happened before. Instead of fixing their mistake, they pushed a partial roof replacement/repair. During installation, I pointed out active leaking, but was told it would “fix itself.” Through heat cycling, It didn’t. We had repeated water intrusion for months. They damaged our skylights, installed the roof incorrectly (confirmed by their own subcontractor), and constantly dismissed obvious issues—even suggesting water dripping on the floor might be from our dogs drooling. Their documentation was incomplete and misleading, and they often contradicted themselves. When our original contact disappeared, the new rep, had no idea what was going on. Despite promising multiple times to come out during rain to see the leaks firsthand, he never did. They kept insisting their hose tests proved the roof was fine, even though every actual rainstorm proved otherwise. We were treated like a science experiment instead of customers dealing with a real problem. In the end, only after involving the owner did they finally agree to fully redo the work—and now it’s fine. But it took months of stress, water damage, repeated failures, broken promises, and misleading statements to get there. If you want honesty, logic, accountability, or customer service—look elsewhere. This company refused to acknowledge clear evidence and put us through an ordeal no homeowner should deal with. 10. One of the best roofing company. I had concerns about inadequate ventilation and they addressed it and I changed the color of my roof at the last minute and the took care of that for me too!
