About this business
Tate J. Eldridge, P.C. Review
Customer response summary: 1. Excellent lawyer! He had the experience, answered questions quickly, and genuinely cared about his clients. He exceeded my expectations at every turn. I couldn't have chosen a better attorney and highly recommend him to anyone who requires legal assistance!2. Excellent lawyer! No work was done on a case that could have been won. Bad correspondence when it happened. The disability claim, of course, was rejected. I requested an appeal. He claimed he would not send or fax any pages on my behalf. One day prior to the appeal time limit, he dropped me as a client.4. He did not care at all. This law firm will just represent clients with adequate medical history, one of the most obvious routes to qualify for ssdi. This law firm is solely concerned with profit and uses the miseries of others to achieve it. They are also poor at follow-up and active listening. Recurrent phone calls are a problem. You could also be paid 20 percent of the arrears by applying for ssdi yourself.6. Not worth the effort or money! The previous%dustomer experience'%d with this company was excellent; everyone was friendly and assisted me with my problem. However, after my claim was denied, they all vanished. No contact was made to inquire about my health or warn me about the future. Only a blunt letter was sent to inform me that they would not represent me any longer, and that I would need to file an appeal solo. Now, the situation is different, and the law firm is dragging its feet, even though they ditched me.10. The worst outcome. It is quite unjust.('%dRecommendation')

HinderedRotorMr. Eldridge was my son's court appointed attorney recently and I am so thankful that he was. He went above and beyond for my son and was able to get him probation when several other lawyers told me there was no way that probation would be a option. If you are in need of a lawyer Tate Eldridge is the way to go.12.
