Patient Reviews: We've brought our 3-year-old to ATX Family Dental for a year, and we LOVE it! Dr. Vinh and her staff are wonderful with kids. The office is beautiful and modern, and every staff member is kind and patient. Taking a toddler to the dentist can feel scary, but they make it fun and easy that my son looks forward to it. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautiful and welcoming the office was, and parking was super easy, which was a huge plus. My hygienist, Dedee, was absolutely wonderful — so sweet, caring, patient, and attentive. She was very considerate about how she used the tools in my mouth and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. She even had me feel my teeth afterward to make sure they felt smooth after all the cleaning procedures, which I really appreciated. As a new patient, she did an amazing job walking me through everything and making sure I understood what she was doing. She was also fantastic during the X-rays. She gave me really helpful instructions, tips, and tricks so that the pieces I had to hold in my mouth wouldn't hurt or be uncomfortable. I especially appreciated that they had a sign on the window explaining how much radiation you experience from a single X-ray versus a full set. As someone who appreciates knowing what to expect, that was really reassuring and informative. And the little extras made the experience even more fun — they have TVs on the ceiling with Netflix, complete with a remote and headphones! It was honestly such a fun experience to be able to watch something while getting my teeth cleaned.
