Be very careful, especially with the move-out process. Had the entire home cleaned with a move-out video, and was still charged over $400 for cleaning, $100 more here, $100 more there. At the most, the house probably got dusty from being unrented but over $400 is so wild. Also paid rent every month on time as well as never submitted a service request even though many of the kitchen appliances seemed to be from when the home was built, and was still majorly taken advantage of at move-out. Also took 45 days from move-out date to get the invoice, seemingly making it harder to dispute things it seems.
