They gave me a fair quote for cleaning and minor repairs when I had them evaluate the old Persian rug I had recently acquired. They spooled that 9ft x 18ft rug onto a large dowel and then wrapped it to be stored until I had a new house to put it in. But one thing and another happened, and it was several weeks before I could pick up the rug. By that time, I was ready to put it down in my house, and they removed the storage wrapping. They only charged me for cleaning and repairs, not storage and packing materials. When I did pick the rug up, I brought in a smaller rug to be cleaned on their next trip through, and they did that in a few days so we could have it back in time for Thanksgiving—great team. —John B. Marcella gave me bids for all of them, but recommended I only repair the frame to keep the rugs intact and they could repair the moth damage another time. I appreciated her honesty, as fixing everything was out of my budget. They did a great job on worn edges and matching some unusual colors. I would recommend!
