The plant nursery receives numerous positive reviews; most customers praise customer service, friendly staff and their excellent knowledge about plants. The visitors were overwhelmed by the wide range of healthy plants at the nursery; the coherence of the nursery is always welcoming. Some visitors expressed dissatisfaction with the parking because there is less of it, one reviewer who primarily shops for succulents was disappointed. Despite the plants in the back, the nurseries are rated positively. Most reviewers highly praised the friendly and helpful staff, mentioning that the employees provide excellent customer service. One other customer particularly thanked a staff member, KT, for providing suggesrnsions based on the customers` needs and being patient with the help she had provided. In addition, the customers believes she would return to the nursery and would recommend it to others. The other customer also thanked the staff and a new customer for talking to her when she called for a certain species, which unfortunately was not available in the nursery.
