ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) of Austin and Travis County is an autonomous non-profit. We strive to provide efficient, accessible, and high-quality dispute resolution services to all residents of Travis County, Texas, and the surrounding Austin region. DRC also provides community education programs, facilitation services, and customized mediation training. Our training programs include 40-Hour Basic Mediation course, a five-day training from 8:00am to 5:30pm available a few times each year. This course prepares participants to become a Texas mediator by offering community-based mediation skills. Students are required to practice mediated after every lesson, and the successful graduates will receive a certificate.
