BEWARE - The engagement started very positive with a very professional consultation and estimate process, but then quickly went downhill from there. Lack of surface prep left paint ridden with debris. I have never seen such poor execution of a fairly simple process. However, that was not even the worst part of the whole interaction with Five Star Painting. When expressing these concerns to Five Star Painting's project manager, I was met with extreme hostility and an absolute lack of understanding. Instead of having a discussion about my concerns it was immediately escalated to a "production manager" - almost as if this happens quite often . . . For a paint company, they sure do not understand paint, let alone customer care.
