Customer Feedback Overview Horrible Experience! They were hours late to the appointment without any calls or notice. The repairman came in and immediately suggested replacing both garage doors. He said one door was totally dented, and the other one had a panel coming off. I asked him to try to repair them first, but he only took less than 2 minutes, barely looked at it, and then said it was not repairable and tried to pressure me into buying a door. He did nothing to attempt a repair. Even worse, without warning, he charged me several hundred dollars. I was charged for less than 2 minutes of unsatisfactory work that made no difference. One thing that was also unprofessional was they pressure you to make a decision on the spot. I walked away feeling embarrassed because of the pushiness and completely taken advantage of. I sure will not be buying a door from them, and I am not sure how their ratings are high. I had a different company (Not Garage Tec) come by, and they fixed my problem and reinforced both garage doors. It cost me half of what this company charged me for that work, 1 star, August 7, 2020. He is a technician, and he was very knowledgeable about Liftmaster automatic gate and was able to troubleshoot and suggest a fix. He was great in fixing my gate.
