I dropped off some custom work almost a week ago. I've never heard anything, I tried calling and left a message. Today I was so unfortunate to have been passed to Laura, who was rude and very dismissive to me, with a horrible attitude. She just kept saying, I've been sick, instead of trying to be of assistance. If only someone could've had the decency to let me know that they couldn't get a quote out for 5 days or more. What a waste of time. I would suggest you find another printing company. Disgusted!
