Jacoby Feed and Seed was created by the Jacoby family in Melvin in 1981. Jacoby Feed and Seed has grown into a multifaceted family business that includes a cafe, farm and ranching operations, and a rail center. We are thrilled to serve the people of East Austin. Jacoby Feed and Seed of the Jacoby family in Central Texas breeds and raises Jacoby Beef. Our cattle are given a balanced feed, including pasture grass and hay, to ensure that these animals have the best health. Our cattle are not given growth hormones or antibiotics. We cut our meat by hand and age it for 21-28 days to help it develop tenderness and flavor. Our Austin menu alternatives include exotics such as sheep, goats, and pork raised by the Jacoby family.
