Not only recruitment but we can do more. It was my first job after university and it was a great adventure. Every phone call has the potential to change someone's life. To this day, I think it's the best part of my job. Our clients told me when they needed recruitAbility. I asked them what they thought we could do better. Then I asked them about their least favorite part of working with a recruiter. The short version is that hiring decisions are not the responsibility of the recruiters. The recruiting industry's biased actions deem us order-takers. As new recruiters, we are taught that it is our job to find the talent and the customer's job to keep it. Our services are one way to help your customers raise retention and improve the employee experience. I believe that to be a recruiting partner, they should be a part of the clients' business and a first contact to the market. Part of our mission is to be better.
