Service done yesterday October 12, 2022. Very disappointed at the service. I am not happy with the work Dylan did the highlights stopping at 3 " before the end of the hair. have different shades, some brassy. and he tried to cover it with the toner, to the point that darken the highlights, turning ashy shade. I know after the first wash the real color will change to brassy.
When i made the appointment the same day of service, i was told the charge for full head highlights was priced at $215 for him, others were charging $205. At check out time, the receptionist said i was wrong . I told her the website is there to proof. They still charged me what they wanted. $285 ... Today the website has changed the
prices. Not an honest hair salon, i will not come back that is for sure. I have screen shot of prices when i made the appointment yesterday.
