STAY AWAY!!!!! If one of these people show up at your door, do not open it. This is the absolute worst/ shadiest/most deceptive company you will ever have the displeasure of working with. The word count here isn't close to enough to cover how bad every aspect of the business is. Their annual service plan auto renews. The only way to stop it is to talk to a person. I've been calling them for 3 straight days (during business hours) they send me to voicemail every time, and no calls back. If you've already made the same mistake I did, start working on getting out of the contract now, because who knows how long it will actually take. One of their techs rewired my thermostat incorrectly on a day that they came and I wasn't there (they were there to clean out the drain lines and shouldn't have touched the thermostat at all) My system immediately started having major issues. Shutting down every day and requiring me to cut power to the system and wait hours for it to reset before it would come on again. These issues were all resolved when my wife told me what they had done and I fixed it. I saw in another customer's review that they had done the same thing to her, found the manufacturer's schematics, and sure enough, the guy had disconnected one wire and swapped two into the wrong position. Even putting aside the bait and switch sales tactics that the techs are actually there for, this company is rotten to the core. Do not trust them. Do not let them into your house. You will likely regret it. They will sabotage your system in hopes it will fail and you'll be forced to buy a new one from them. If less than 1 star was an option, I would have chosen that.
