The most unethical company I have ever dealt with.
On February 3rd. 2022 (16 months ago!), we sent a bank transfer to Wells Solar that represented a 50% deposit ($14,400) for the purchase and installation of two Tesla Powerwalls, for which they promised imminent delivery.
The Powerwalls have never been delivered.
Their range of excuses for why they have never been delivered is sublime!
For the record, Good Faith Energy delivered and installed the two Tesla Powerwalls within 60 days. The product is available on the market.
According to their contract, WS is obligated to return the deposit within 7-10 days after termination of service.
It has been over 60 days.
After filing a complaint with the BBB, WS promised to return the funds between 30-60 days.
It has been over 60 days.
Wells Solar is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with.
Legal action is the only recourse now.
