This company draws you in with low fees, and then just gives lip service and broken commitments. Well, I should have seen the red flags, money goes to KPL Tech Solutions Middletown Delaware, they claim an office in Austin Texas but in reality, they are located somewhere in India. When you call the Texas number it sends the calls to India. On March 19th I hired them to do SEO for my website for a $350.00 monthly fee, add key words, establish a Facebook account with blogs and establish Google Analytics for my website. After repeated emails to the assigned Project Manager, with no deliverables of any kind, I called the Texas office to complain about the lack of service and broken commitments. On April 11th I got an email from the project manager with a very useless monthly report that looked like something a kindergartener put together with no relevance for the website. Total let’s throw it out there and see if it sticks. There was also a word document attached to the email asking for my approval, the document had 3 of the 30 keywords I asked them to imbed into my website, and on top of that they were planning on rewriting my web pages that I just had done for me by another company. On top of that they were opening Google accounts for things that I already had a Google account. They simply go rouge with no supervision. I sent them all my accounts info. On April 12th I had enough abuse, so I sent them an email telling them I no longer wanted their services. Someone in their organization infected my website with Malware and they seized my Word Press account for the website. Now I have to pay for another site. Buyer beware. The sweetness of low prices is soon forgotten when the bitterness of poor service sets in.

Day 3 of no replies to emails/calls this company gives empty promises and do not stand on their word which they said they will stand on. I would not recommend this company to any business.

This company is not reliable/trustworthy, been months with no sponsored ads and once told to do so, they do it for a day which is very damaging for our company which BOOMS for the summer. When this occurred i reached out and left 2 vms and emails and no one replied, this is not a business to go to. I recommend to find another, looking for full refund.
