Had a court date that got pushed to a zoom meeting during Covid and that ended up getting canceled all together. Nothing happened for a year after that and I terminated his services . I was told that he would have to see what he had done on the case in order to get me a refund, when nothing had actually been done at all. That has been almost 2 years ago. 12. Mr. Guill has abandoned a person in a child custody case, with no communication for months, and still, he did not show in court to help her apply for a restraining order on 12/9/2022. The client has gone to his office in person, sent emails, texts, and left voicemails, but he never responded. 14. The day we hired him was the only time he showed any interest in our case. After that, he would not communicate or give us the case updates. We had to book appointments to see him, but he could cancel at the last minute. Also, the firm had poor communication, and his staff members were rude.
