Reid, Strickland & Gillette tenured customer with both purchase and re-financed. The person that worked the title went over everything actually was very thorough. But the paperwork, timing delivery of survey everything else was delayed. I even got a letter from my home insurance company that they didn’t receive the payment on time which almost caused me to get a cancellation. After I told my loan officer then called me to see what was going on. Am very happy with him. -3. Poor communication on an issue of fees from previous HOA. Also missing paperwork that is will be signed after the fact. Charging 375 dollars for an email of my account statement from HOA sounds pretty rich. Called Danny Williams asking for help he was nice but felt rushed off the phone, he told me he would call me back later that evening here we are two weeks later after I have called him multiple times and left a few messages asking for return calls.
