The results reflect an overwhelmingly positive opinion of the CPL Lab, with most customers noting their high level of professionalism, speed, and supportive demeanor during blood draws. Several customers report that their children had a positive experience during their first blood draw, with minimal crying owing to the staff member's courtesy and skill. Many say that their babies did not cry during phlebotomy, and almost all say that they were in and out of the lab quickly. Many others comment that the front desk receptionists were welcoming, warm, and friendly, giving each customer an excellent overall experience. Predictably, the majority of these customers will return to this lab in the future, all affirming their loyalty to CPL after experiencing how they treat you. Customer satisfaction levels are high. However, very few non-positive comments were the norm. Depending on how urgently you need to get a blood test and how willing you are to pay extra, the negative feedback might or might not be relevant to you. Overall, a fantastic lab experience is what we have here.
