BROUGHT A VEHICLE IN FOR CALIBRATION AND NEVER WAS TOLD THE PRICE TIL AFTER I WAS TOLD CALIBRATION COULD NOT BE DONE, EMPLOYER TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS WHICH SHE COULD NOT EXPLAIN. ASKED TO SPEAK TO TO SERVICE MANAGER AND WAS PUT ON HOLD MULTIPLE TIMES. FINALLY GOT TO SPEAK WITH SERVICE MANAGER AND WHILE I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN HE INTERUPTED AND TOLD ME TO HURRY UP DUE TO HE WAS BUSY WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HIS BOSS FINALLY RECIEVED A CALL , AND EXPLAINED THE WHOLE SERVICE PROCEDURE AND BASICALLY WAS TOLD THAT HE HAD TALKED TO THE EMPLOYEES , IT WAS LIKE HE WAS JUST WASHING THINGS UNDER THE RUG, PHONE RECORDS WILL SHOW EVERYTHING I JUST WROTE IS TRUE THE WHOLE SITUATION IS UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY UP TO UPPER MANAGEMENT AS LONG AS THERE IS NO DISCIPLINE FOR THEIR ACTION DOGGETT THINGS WONT CHANGE I FELT REALLY DISRESPECTED HOPE THIS MAKES IT UP TO THE RIGHT PERSON WHO CARES
