Customer services come first, but, no they never answer the phone and never return voicemails. when I first paid them, I never had any service rendered. I will never recommend anyone to handle a traffic stop or any legal issue. It’s been two years since my husband passed away, and I paid this law firm Dean Brinkley to complete probate case as I live in Missouri , and I’m now wait’N for a refund for over four weeks. I’ve left so many messages on all 3 of Dean’s paralegals, and no one has reached out to me. I’ve lft messages on all 3 of Dean’s paralegals voicemail (Rachel, Cindy, Lauren, & Mason) and not a ONE has reached out to me. Every time I leave a review it get deleted! Please contact L.Dominick’s wife about refund. I would like to close this case and move on wit my life without leaving money on the table! 3. Hello, I’m NOT happy with the service from this staff.
