Customer Review Summary: Out of a Particular number of customer feedback, we discovered two customers who have cases currently with the company. We realized that the company seems to have poor communication with its clients following the reviews we saw. Customer one awarded 2 stars because they have a current case with O'Connor & Associates. The person writes, "I'm only giving 2 stars because the people are nice. On the other hand, the service is absolutely disappointing. Daily updates are not expected but my goodness you can go a month easily without hearing from them and even then, it'll be because you had to get in touch with them for an update. At no point have I had confidence in winning this case I basically chose this lawyer because they were referred to me by someone I trust but I should have done more research. I have been waiting just about 2 months if not more for the final phase of this case to be over (waiting for a check in the mail) no one is answering, or has a concrete answer when they do. Again, a simple update from them is all I need and they cant even do that. Very disappointing service, and I truly can't wait for this to be over so they can get their money and I can end this business relationship." Customer two gave the company 2 stars, citing that they have a current case and the agents are friendly. In reality, they are disappointed because of poor communication. He says, "Yikes - I've used them a few years and decided to include my rental with them this past year. They appealed my permanent residence and the job was so poor that not only were they unsuccessful in lowering my taxes (on an appraisal of 246k) to match the rest of the 13 units in my condo community (average of 218k) that are all equivalent in size and look, my homestead somehow got removed after their appeal and my price jumped from the previously appraised 245k to 254k.. They said that because my unit is valued below $350k they cannot fight my case further via binding arbitration or judicial appeal. So Im now going to go fight the case myself. I think they've grown too large and the quality of representation is extremely low." Customer 6 thinks the company is not as good as it used to be. The client is also disappointed and advises the company to merge for better services. The person concludes, "Great lawyer and a great firm! you guys deserve more than a review.
