McCarty-Larson, PLLC Client Review Summary: 1. My attorney brought in a retired judge who had the worst judgment Lisa Beebe and a child advocate who clearly screwed my child over. After trying to fight for custody a few years ago with these folks. My ex-husband still has custody after eight rape cases at his home and then allowing a boy to move in with her after he quit high school and was kicked out of his parents home. My ex finally gave up, and I now keep my child at our home where she's nearly finished with school, completing three years in one and is on her way to university with her new car I bought her. Sadly, because I'm not the primary custodian, I'm still paying child support because I couldn't gain custody. So he is taking the child support while having nothing to do with her. Last we heard my ex is also selling his belongings and about to move because he hasn't had a job in over a year. No justice for my daughter or our family. -TL in Joshua 2.
