Customer Feedback: Back office is on point & great doctor. Questions we’ve had, concerns other providers have had have all gone unanswered. Other providers called this place repeatedly for clarification on orders they’d submitted and never called them or me back, I sat at an office for an hour waiting for their help clarifying their mistake and they never could get ahold of anyone. It’s been a week now, still no response from this office, my partner and I had to go elsewhere to get the imaging orders fixed. This place is a huge scam and waste of time. Edit over 1 year later: Huge scam, they racked up a bill against me knowing we had an accident, stopped responding to questions, then waited and sent a bill to collections for 10x the value of services. Not to me, not to my attorney for payment, but a collections agency they're in partnership with. I was nervous because they had so few reviews but it’s actually the best place i’ve ever been to. they were able to fit me in same day when i woke up unable to turn my head. the doctor was so sweet and made sure to tell me everything he was doing before he did it. i felt so comfortable and i even recommended it to my whole vet staff. It’s an amazing family run business and i trust him i’m with my life This was a great experience for me! I never had a chiropractor before, but Dr. Marzban is truly talented and knowledgeable in his practice. He has a way of building rapport with his clients as well as identifying the issue professionally. Dr. Marzban helped me after my car accident not only with my neck and back but he also helped me are gain my confidence. Now that my neck and back are better I have returned to a new routine, one that includes exercising, a much better lifestyle. I do not typically write reviews but I had to let others know that Dr. Marzban is a fantastic chiropractor. I love to go there they are so professional. Complete Injury Centers has the best doctors and staff they were very nice and professional. Dr. Marzban is one of the most pro-active, hands-on, and personable people that I know! He truly cares about his patients, his chiropractic practice, and the people with whom his works! Highly Recommend! Dr. Marzban is the best! He genuinely cares about your well-being! He treated me like family and sarcrificed many late evenings, early mornings, and weekends to make sure I recovered well after my accident. I HIGHLY recommend him! He is an amazing chiropractor! Best Chiropractor ever i have send many of my family member and friends to him very nice guy , always take time to find the root cause and fix them. he is magician lol
