Then found out they also install tvs so I had them come out to mount the tv and program it. I loved how organized they left the cables and how clean everything was left after the after service. Tech was very kind and gave us a quick demo on how to use it. The equipment has not given us any problem at all. Staff is also very helpful.13. Rip off. Purchased a house and av equipment was left. Previously installed by Ed security. Called Edwin to reprogram the universal remote as I wanted to switch out a couple components (TiVo for DirecTV receiver, role for Apple TV, etc.). I told him I could replace the equipment myself, but needed the universal remote reprogrammed (unfortunately the system he installed, an end user does not have access to reprogramming software). Just to reprogram the remote he wanted $1200. I don't care if you have 50 components to reprogram, it should not be that much. I only had a couple. Only reason it's 2 stars and not one is he seems to have done a good job on the initial install. Shop around of you are considering using them.
