He may take your money but provide no updates, and his paralegal, Tiffany, demonstrates extremely poor professionalism and customer service. Brian is often unavailable, and Tiffany handles all communication without timely responses. For the fees they charge, you would expect at least dependable communication and high-quality service, but this is far from the case. Once they decide they no longer wish to handle your case, they may encourage you to accept a substandard plea deal by claiming there are no better options available. It’s disheartening what seemed trustworthy initially can fall apart at sentencing. Even after receiving thousands of dollars, they may not assist when you need it most. Requests for basic court paperwork are frequently ignored, with no feedback from Tiffany. This level of disregard and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you or a loved one’s freedom depends on sound legal representation, please take this as your sign to look elsewhere.
