After waiting 10 mins, was told that "sorry we don't handle this type (of problem). Here's a phone number of (someone) in another city who does." THEN, they convey to me that there's a TIME LIMIT TO FILE. REALLY?!?! Your office makes an appointment for a VERY SPECIFIC problem and you waste my time, by making an appointment and then NOTHING!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you're thinking of using this office, please be aware of this and the other complaints that I've read against this office.
