I am like family there, and I have been a patient for 20 years. Dr. Mackey advised me to see a Cardiologist because of my high blood pressure and recently asked me to have a sleep study as my GP didn't inform me about sleep apnea and possible stroke. A final note, I live in Oklahoma City and hold two dental insurances, so I can still see Dr. Mackey as my dentist. She is the best!3. Loretto Family Dentistry in Denton, TX, was a great experience. The office staff greeted everyone who came in, and they were very friendly. The technicians who did my cleaning were very professional and did a thorough job. The dentist was good at telling me what was seen in the X-rays and what was being done.4. Best dentist in Texas! We've been here for over 20 years, and their staff and dentists are truly the best. They have an exceptional team, very skilled, and friendly.5. I had an exceptional experience. The compassionate and exceptional staff, Esther, Sam, and Dr. Ghaly, accommodated me even though I was visiting. They immediately addressed my pain and problem. They even offered to locate and engage an endodontist on the same day. It was superb!6. I fell off my bike and fractured my two central incisors. I looked like Lloyd from 'Dumber and Dumber.' Fortunately, I received immediate treatment the following day. The dentist did a great job, and the dental assistant, Esther, made the process seem easy!7. I had the most fantastic experience with Dr. Mackey and her team. Her team is the kindest and most polite women I have ever dealt with. Sam, one of them, was very kind and understanding and made my appointment go smoothly. Dr. Mackey was fantastic, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was clarified. The appointment was perfect, and I highly recommend this office to anyone who expects greatness.8. I had two crowns on my front teeth, my first, with Dr. Ghaly at Loretto yesterday, and I'm happy. It is the first time I've had a crown without post-treatment pain. Dr. Ghaly, Sam, and Alana were professional, compassionate, and in control. They made me feel secure and cared for. They were darned comforting. I highly recommend Loretto Family Denistry! My teeth look better than my natural teeth! I want to have the other teeth crowned!9. Excellent.
