They are an excellent resource, especially in new builds. Super Inspector is very detailed. Their eyes are like a magnifier; they see things that I don't know how to check. So, they give peace of mind that nothing is incorrect about the house structure. The company's client also added that Super Inspector provided a very detailed report with clear photos and explanations. The company was also very thorough; their inspector was polite and courteous. The inspector provided a comprehensive report for their new house. Another customer added that they would recommend Super Inspector because the inspector was professional. Eddie answered all their questions and was very detailed. They used more than two inspectors, but Eddie was the best. They were also onsite during the inspection, and the inspector went over their report when they were done for the day. The client added that they'd recommend Super Inspector for all their new home purchases. The company however got negative reviews from some clients. Most of them complained that the company did not deliver as expected. For instance, the company promised to offer an 11th month inspection for free. Instead, they only offered a normal inspection for the 11th month and not the detailed HVAC inspection by a third party, despite the client paying an inspection fee. The client felt disappointed that they were not informed earlier and that the detailed HVAC inspection was never done. Instead, the company only apologized, and this shows how they have poor customer communication (Anonymous, 2023).
