Customer feedback summary: 1st time doing laser hair removal, and I was a little nervous. The process and experience for my underarms, legs, and Brazilian was detailed and amazing!!! The ladies were welcoming, and Adrian walked me through the process and what she'd do next. I was a little nervous about the pain, but with the cool air blowing, it wasn’t as bad. My hair is a little lighter and I can’t wait to get the rest gone!!!! There are also products available after the session that were helpful!!!2. Noely was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and explained all risk and benefits thoroughly. 3. Absolutely fantastic services! Adrian is the best. Her technique minimizes the pain and also minimizes how long each appointment takes. I go there for brows, underarm, chest, and stomach.4. The atmosphere here is really great. The women working are all super nice, and Noely, who did my laser treatment, was especially kind. 5. Noely is amazing! This place is super quick and easy. They check in and really care. Had more than enough time to complete my treatments, however for our last 4 months in Corpus Christi they kept cancelling my appointments due to not having any providers. Our time to PCS came and it had already been months since I had a treatment due to no providers (I only needed a few more treatments when they started cancelling me). I called and talked to the manager and they were rude and not helpful. The only solution they provided was for me to drive 6 hours round trip to San Antonio. Now we live in California where they have no locations and all my hair is growing back because treatment was never fully completed. A lot of money for poor results due to lack of scheduling and terrible costumer service.11. Do not recommend - especially for military families.
