We have been renting for over two years in corpus Christi. This March our trave trailer was damaged by a baseball from the practice field next door. Two of the trailer windows were broken. We have tried to work with the owner of Prestige's owner and the owner of the field, and have had very little communication from them. essentially they have not helped us. We only asked for help with the deductible as we have insurance on the trailer. In addition, their grass/weeds are out of control. Many of which are over 3ft tall. This creates an abundance of ants and mosquitos. The gravel parking areas have been taken over by grass. Also, the security gate has the same issue. It has been out of order for over a month now. Last time I called in the middle of April, the emergency number said it would be fixed very soon. It is still not working. Anyone can come in and go out as they please, this is not a secure facility like it has been in the past. We have been here for two years and our first year was great, but this last year has been nothing but downhill. I suggest that you keep your eyes on this establishment if you are storing your valuables here as it is not secure since anyone can enter. It needs some improvements as soon as possible. The staff seemed attentive.
