CornerStone Staffing

When I first started working for CornerStone Staffing it was in 2021 and a year prior I was grieving the loss of my father and grandmother when I start working at Cornerstone Staffing they Place me at the city of Dallas and when I first started it was horrible I wrote six complaints before anything was done about the lady that was my coworker and older lady who did not train me when I was supposed to be trained on certain softwares and subjects I went 6 months without knowing anything if it wasn't for my manager teaching me I would not have known anything the lady would take batteries out of my mouse she would take my keyboard from my desk and things like that and nothing was ever done about it until 6 months later I dealt with this and I even told my recruit this also in 2021 while I was working I lost my sister so I had to grieve while I was working as well and it was the beginning of my job so I was not able to take off and go to my sister's funeral....and then they finally moved me to another office out of 6 months of complaining I moved to another office to be greeted buy a racist white woman who I dealt with the remainder of my time working at the city of Dallas by this time it's 2022 and I'm dealing with racially motivated Behavior and I have lost my uncle and I buried my boyfriend December 12th of 2022 all this is going on I'm trying to grieve and still work and put up with racially motivated behavior and bias behavior in the workplace I made several complaints to my supervisor and I even started taking therapy so you can imagine I'm trying to grieve and take off for funerals and deal with racially motivated behavior in the workplace and nothing is getting done about it until I decide to file a complaint and anonymous complaint in May of 2022 and my complaint was finally answered in October of 2022 by HR of city of Dallas.... not Cornerstone ... and here we are in January they decided to end my assignment ironically and say it was because of a time sheet discrepancy .....I have therapy every Thursday because of all the stuff I've been through in my life and my manager knew this..... I say all of that to say this they will string you along for 2 years plus and not hire you they will put upper echelon and Caucasians before you if you are black or brown as far as CornerStone Staffing I do not recommend.
