Paid Kreig law firm in Corpus Christi, Texas, several thousand dollars, in advance, to help me close out my grandfather's checking account at a Frost bank. After several weeks of accomplishing absolutely nothing, in regard to closing the checking account, Kreig informed me they would no longer be able to handle my case. Due to the fact they did nothing but waste my time, and take my money, I requested a full refund for the amount paid to them in advance. They refused to refund any amount and wished me good luck with another attorney. If this is not criminal robbery, I do not know what is... ? Do Not hire these criminals unless you want to lose your money. I have filed numerous complaints against the firm and am awaiting the outcome.

A family member was referred to Caitlin Revanna for a probate appeal case. She contacted family and advised she will contact once she researches case. re-contacted family and advised she could take case. Received full payment and two days later, she said she could not take case because it was beyond her scope. She recommended seeing an appellate lawyer. She then said they will look at refunded the money paid up front, minus the amount that was used already. Who takes a case and payment upfront to later come back two days later and say I can't take it but took the money. We still have not been refunded the money paid up front. I called to speak with Caitlin on numerous attempts but was told by the secretary she is in a meeting and we will have her to contact you. We were told this each time we called. Still have not heard anything or received out refund. Drove to Dallas office listed on web site. There is not an office at location. Have to contact by phone. Very unethical and unprofessional. If you want to sit down and talk to a lawyer, or receive returned calls, this is not the place.
