About Megan Elizabeth Portraits Megan Elizabeth Portraits is my brand name. I am a Dallas, Texas-based on-location, natural light photographer. I specialize in family, newborn, and child photography. I strive for images that are "organic," natural, and depict life's most precious moments in a simplistic, fresh, and easy-to-understand manner. Photography is like second nature to me. My passion for it began when I was a child. I could always be found with a camera, trying to capture the beauty and natural world around me. Now, my interest in photography has shifted. I seek to immortalize my family's happiness and affection and to document memories that will certainly fade with time. A photograph is a gift. Memories and moments are so ephemeral. What happens when the camera is away? I am many things, including a mother, sister, daughter, and accountant. I am a friend and a dog mom.
