I started NuFinishPro in 1987, and I've been remodeling and refinishing homes and businesses ever since. I co-founded some of California's most extensive refinishing companies, many of which are still thriving. Our business philosophy is centered on delivering excellent customer service and delivering high-quality product restoration. Our organization has been in operation for over 34 years. We have worked on projects ranging from apartments with over 900 units to hotels with over 100 suites to single-family houses. We have always aimed to achieve and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

The firm and its employees, especially Patrick, were customer-service oriented. And the results were very professional. Patrick did a good job on both of my bathtubs, fixing chips in the finish and making them look new again. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. Also, the team was excellent from the start. Of the three quotes I got, their responsive bid gave me the clearest answers. The quotation photo and acceptance are all it took to get started. When it first appeared after two days to resurface, I thought I had made a mistake. There were a couple of dirt spots in the finish, but then he started lightly buffing them out before I even had second thoughts. He gives utmost attention to detail, and I am relieved to discover another company owner who inspects and demands a perfect finish. The second tub surface had double the challenges to apply the finish evenly, get a smooth gloss without orange peel, but it turned out beautiful. The shine is remarkable, and it looks seamless from an arm’s length. I saw the spots he touched up since the color matched but it’s impossible to find errors by looking at the finished job; great care is taken at each step; I don’t feel like I veered off course and regret my choice for a second. Following the completion of the job the next day, there was bunched up masking tape, he gave me a paper towel to wipe it up. I had paid in full the first day, and he was still there to make sure everything was done well to minimize the cost. Thanks for the excellent work! Perfect results. It looks amazing.
