About Us Welcome to Southern K9 Texas. We are a premium dog training company, we are here to offer you a different experience. I am Kayla the owner and lead trainer. I attended an Equestrian College back in Missouri before I started training dogs professionally. After studying horses, I got my first job at a very large training/boarding/grooming facility in Saint Louis. It wasn’t until then that I learned Dog Training would be my true passion. I have attended many Seminars, Internships, and I knew there was nothing else that I wanted to do. I am a master trainer who has worked with almost any breed. I have a keen eye for detail and precision. I competed with my own dog in IPO. I love competing, but my real passion is seeing families improve their relationships and communication with their dogs. I am proud of my high success rate, and balanced approach. Our balanced trainers use communication to bring out the "everywhere" dog. This is a great option for owners who want to be more involved and learn alongside their dogs. This package contains 10 hour-long lessons, one-to-one. We will teach you to strengthen each command during each lesson.
