i would recommend representing yourself if you are a colored person. they are not the best and do not try there hardest when it comes to dismissing a case. you can give this law firm clear evidence that you are not guilty, and they will allow the judge to give you a grant of probation. The other party would also not show up to court and they would not recommend dismissing this case when. as a lawyer you should know if by law if the other party does not show up to court the case is dismissed. I have ha to hire another lawyer in some cases when hiring this lawyer. sometimes i would show up to court myself later and dismiss it myself.
