Her house sustained a significant water incident after one of Denton's heavy rains. My Mom called me panicked as the water was rushing into her home. I found Astros Flood Recovery online and read the reviews and wanted to contact them because they were a local, family-owned business. Within 15 minutes of my call, they were at my Mom's house and immediately jumped into action. They spent 3 long days and nights restoring my Mom's house. Unfortunately, due to city error, my Mom's house sustained a second major water incident less than two weeks later. At 3 am, Danny and Oscar came to my Mom's rescue yet again. The second water incident was much worse, which resulted in my Mom being displaced from her home for three months. The amount of time, compassion, generosity and care they gave my Mom is something my family will not soon forget. They were a shoulder to lean on, offered advice, calm under pressure and treated her like she was a member of their family. What they did for my Mom speaks volumes to their character and the kind of men and business they run. They have now become part of our family because we are so grateful for everything they did for my Mom. We cannot recommend them enough and will sing their praises whenever we can.9.
