ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Feedback from Clients 1. The person I spoke to was very good. She listened to my story and took some information and she had a little bit of advice, and she said I could come back. But it wasn't enough. Everyone knows you have to be homeless to get any help from them. They will not do anything to help you. So you have to be totally destitute. If it's not something they're about to help you with, they won't take you as a client. If it's something that they're really going to have to help you with, they won't take your case. 2. The judge appointed this law firm to me. And I would like to say I found the lawyer nice at first. Then another person came out, and I found it to be very unprofessional. The lawyer never complied with what the judge told him to do. He never did what he was told to do according to the legal documents. After we worked with him for a year, and the judge said I need to get the papers, but the guy still has not done it, so I have to work with the state of Texas officials. I can tell you this, don't use him, don't trust him, don't allow him to be your court-appointed attorney. He will make you lose your case and then dump you. He also has no idea of giving professional counsel. You have been told. He works out of his house. Very sad. 4. The judge appointed this law firm to me.
