The lack of attention and support I received from thee associates was unacceptable and detrimental to my case. I had two warrants issued for my arrest on two separate occasions due to their failure to update my court date in the system. Both times, I had to deal with the aftermath of these errors, resulting in great inconvenience and stress. Furthermore, during a court appearance, the firm misinformed the judge about my case, which was highly unprofessional and showed a lack of comprehension of my situation. I also sent them an email detailing an injury I got in an active shooter and they told the judge that I had been in a major car crash which was not true, and the judge doubted my integrity, and it was embarrassing. The overall service level of this company was low. I had to write a letter to the District Attorney to dispute all the discrepancies. I would like to believe that my efforts caused the case against me to be dropped, not because of the firm, but because the District Attorney chose not to succeed with it. Despite the fact that I paid a couple of thousands of dollars to this firm, including monthly charges and case updates ( I was charged an extra $3,000), I felt that they were dishonest and they billed me for updates during a time when I could not reach them.
