Cahill HR Consulting, LLC was founded in 2016 by Janice Cahill, a 30+-year veteran of Human Resources. Janice has a proven track record of successfully navigating any HR storm. Her career began at Hyatt Hotels in South Carolina, followed by a promotion to a senior HR position in Virginia, spending ten years in union and non-union settings. For more than 13 years, Janice was the Senior Director of Human Resources for Bally Total Fitness. She supported 90 clubs in six states and was in charge of 5,000 employees. She became the Director of Human Resources for two Ecolab Manufacturing business units for six years. She also has experience in the non-profit sector, which is essential to her mission. She passionately supports education for at-risk, low-income children. Janice has experience in the strategic and tactical areas of HR. She has been through it all, from creating the HR function independently to creating and delivering the Strategic HR Business Plan. Her consulting company was created to assist small and medium-sized businesses that may not be able to afford a full-time HR department. She aims to assist business owners in avoiding compliance risks and creating cultures that drive bottom-line growth. Janice believes the foundation of bottom-line revenue growth is HR compliance and Caring Corporate Cultures.
