Edit: My advice to future renters, read the negative reviews before you decide to rent with this company. You can pay your rent on time your whole lease and be a good tenant and have video proof of existing damages and you’ll still end up paying. You will not get your all of your deposit back. If I could post videos I would. The lease is contradicting. Please avoid this company seriously. If anyone has question on my experience feel free to contact me I will provide videos of when I moved in vs when I moved out. We did not cause any major damage everything was normal wear and tear/ mounting a tv. You will get charged a ridiculous amount for things that should be done anyways prior to a new tenant moving in. And by the way we were not given Same same courtesy when we moved in I.e filling in previous holes in the wall, removing nails, painting, cutting the grass and also trash was left at the property upon move in. So regardless of what they respond to this comment I have videos I can share. So if you’re thinking about renting contact me at [email protected] and I can show you the truth.
