Our gym has a unique layout that gives the user a sense of comfort. There are two locker rooms and two showers, and equipment is removed after every workout. There is also free daycare available during all of our classes. Our open gym space is perfect for any workout type. With 3,000 sq ft of turf, you have all the room to move equipment around and exercise however you want. We have the best powerlifting and strongman equipment available. We also have a group fitness area where you can use any type of machine when classes are not being held. There is so much that the gym has to offer, be sure to take a look.
