Firth Bunn Kerr Neill

Alex Neill is a lawyer who started practicing law in 2003. He has a wide and extensive range of experiences from probate, guardianship, and estate planning to the contested probate law. Alex has considerable experience in litigation during his years of practice. He has led or co-led discovery on several cases and has negotiated numerous pre-trial settlements. He tried to court trials involving contested probate cases. Some cases included a bench, and some were juried.
