He also earned his doctorate in dental surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy. Following his completion of his specialty orthodontic residency, Brad did further research on maxillary extension at Nova Southeastern University. Post a number of years of orthodontic practice in South Carolina, Dr. Gaynier was Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. He relocated to El Paso and established a successful orthodontic practice where he has been caring for the residents of this diverse border community for over fifty years. Brad is dedicated to creating beautiful, broad smiles that may not require extractions. Every patient is distinct, and Brad will develop a plan that meets their requirements.
