Gaynier, a Michigan native, earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University and graduated with his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy. After completing his orthodontic specialty residency, he received further training in maxillary extensions at Nova Southeastern University. As an orthodontist in South Carolina, he achieved Board Certification in Orthodontics by the American Board of Orthodontics. He relocated to El Paso and founded a practice that has a strong reputation within the community.
