They recently did foundation repair and rock wall repair for us and did an excellent job. The price was good and the workers were friendly and very experienced.

I am posting this as a previous employee. Whatever you do, do not apply here, this is an extremely hostile environment. It is very stressful and demands more than what is necessary, the pay is terrible considering all thats asked of you. The company has the potential to be great if it was run differently, not by a fascist, overworking, entitled, sexist, pervert, and rude owner. He tells the customers exactly what they want to hear that's his Forte but he doesn't deliver on the work side, all he cares is getting your money then doing the job to the "best of his ability". Which is total bs, I brought in plenty of business and although he promised incentives, I never saw a cent. I did my job better than I should have, I got everything done, I handled every customer respectfully and even created relationships with them, some that lasted even when I quit. But when I left I still got called names, he has gone through countless office managers, and laborers. Why? Because they do NOT appreciate you, or value you as an employee. If Larry is in a bad mood he will take it out on you, if he is stressed the same. The only salvation this company has is if his son Alex takes over the company 100% and makes the appropriate changes. If you are a customer and you see this, just know I quit because I couldn't in good conscious sell this dream he wanted me to when I would continue getting complaints from customers left and right. His main line is also "our work has a 10 year warranty" but when customers call to use that said warranty he gives them the run around, doesn't answer calls and just plain ignores them, stop wasting your time calling they will not fix their mistakes. I really wish I had never stepped foot here, and he will try to turn this around and say it was a disgruntled employee etc, I am not, I left by choice. There is no excuse for mistreatment, abuse of power and more. I just hope this helps someone thinking of applying or thinking of doing business with them.
